Role overview:

We are growing our school family, and are seeking to appoint a highly motivated Business, Communication and Development Officer to join our friendly and supportive central staff team. 

Applicants should have demonstrable experience of

  • Developing and implementing marketing and publicity strategies, including those relating to CPD and recruitment
  • Coordinating the design, production and dissemination of information in a variety of formats, including the use of Infographics
  • Managing small and large scale professional development events, in both remote and face to face context
  • Managing and monitoring of attendance at mandatory CPD programmes within the education sector
  • Writing successful funding bids
  • Using presentation software such as Lucid Charts
  • Using Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Teams confidently and effectively
  • Using SIMs confidently and efficiently
  • Using technical approaches to gaining stakeholder feedback, for example Survey Monkey
  • Creating, maintaining and managing websites and website content using WordPress
  • Administering Initial teacher Training recruitment processes, eg UCAS and DfE Teacher Training Portal
