Vacancy: Early Years Teaching Assistant
The Mead Trust is seeking to appoint a General Assistant / Cleaner as part of our Housekeeping Team, based at River Mead School in Melksham. The role will involve:
• Cleaning, washing & sweeping
• Emptying litter bins
• Polishing & dusting
• Identifying premises defects and supporting the Premises Manager in undertaking repairs
• Completing necessary actions in event of bad weather or emergency (eg putting down salt and clearing paths in winter)
(NOTE: Designated areas include toilets and showers.)
The various duties will vary between term-time and closure periods, which are 5 INSET Days a year and 2 weeks of deep cleaning during school holidays.
