• Provide support in schools to cover absence as required
• Support the recruitment process for staff, volunteers, trainee teachers and Governance Community members
• Maintain training records, including saving training certificates for staff, Governance Community members, volunteers and visitors
• Support the smooth running of INSET Days at all schools
• Publicise training events, book venues, caterers and suppliers as needed
• Administer the calendar of training activities for trainee teachers

• Prepare monthly bank reconciliation for authorisation and follow up aged unreconciled items with schools
• Prepare and upload Weekly BACS run payments for authorisation by individual schools
• Attend and minute nine Resources Committee meetings during the year (these may take place in the evenings)

This is a new role, and you will have the opportunity to make it your own. You'll be someone who has experience of working within a professional office environment (although this does not have to have been in a school), and you will also be able to:
• Communicate effectively with all members of the organisation including Senior Executive Leaders, staff members and members of the Governance Community
• Build good and productive working relationships with pupils, colleagues, parents and the wider community
• Be flexible and respond to changing demands with a positive attitude
• Confidently use IT, including Microsoft Word, Excel, SharePoint, and the internet

You'll be someone who is:
• Highly organised
• Resilient, passionate and hard working
• Able to build trust and mutual respect between pupils, families and staff
• Highly positive, and a creative problem solver
• Energetic, warm and caring
• Able to follow direction and use initiative

This is a full time role, but there is the flexibility to split it with a second Administrator role to make two part time posts if desired. More information about this can be found here: https://www.themeadtrust.org/join-us/vacancies/
