We strive to provide an enriched curriculum that engages children in memorable experiences. We aim to connect curriculum areas holistically ensuring learning contexts are authentic, meaningful and provide opportunities for application of skills, investigation and purposeful play.
Each term we publish our curriculum online to help parents and carers follow and support their child’s learning. Whilst the National Curriculum describes subject areas, we do not teach all of the curriculum in subject packages. Many elements will be covered in a more integrated way.
Our teachers plan together across the Trust, however the way the Curriculum is delivered in each of our schools will vary. You can find the details of what is being taught each term in our schools on the ‘Classes’ pages of their individual websites.
We also have a four year rolling programme of Curriculum Enrichment, which ensures that children have the opportunity to be immersed in special enrichment opportunities relating to The Arts, Sport and Fitness, Science and Technology and Citizenship.
