The school has an onsite nursery. We are seeking an additional Teaching Assistant, ideally with an interest in supporting learning at KS2.

Post 2 – based in KS1/2 at The Mead Primary School (temporary)
The Mead operates across 2 sites at Hilperton (two forms of entry) and Wingfield (4 classes) both with onsite nurseries. We are seeking an additional Teaching Assistant at the Hilperton site, based either in KS1 or KS2, dependant on qualifications and experience. This is a temporary contract until the end of the academic year.

Post 3 – based in Early Years at The Mead Primary School (temporary)
We are also seeking a Teaching Assistant based at the Hilperton site to join our Early Years team. This post is specifically linked to a career break.

Both schools offer an exceptional learning environment with outstanding resources. We also have specialist music rooms, and group rooms. There are extensive grounds and protected play areas which continue to be developed to provide a fantastic outdoor space. We grow our own produce and have chickens and a Pets as Therapy dog at both schools.

As part of The Mead Academy Trust we have close links with The Mead Teaching School, providing numerous opportunities for exceptional professional development.

We believe that children only get one chance to experience childhood and that they have an absolute right to the highest quality of education.
