Vacancy: Wrap Around Care Leader
The Wrap Around Care Leader will:
• Provide a safe and stimulating environment for pupils after school hours
• Plan and prepare appropriate activities for children’s social education and to encourage co-operation
• Prepare and organise play opportunities for the children attending Wrap Around Care
• Manage registration of children and communicating with parents
• Lead and support the staff team
• Be an enthusiastic, highly motivated individual who will bring a sense of energy and passion to the role
• Use their initiative to work independently and flexibly
• Form positive relationships with both children and adults, and work effectively as part of a team
• Show empathy and flexibility towards the children in their care
This role will be a great fit for you if you are:

• Qualified to Level 3 or above with either a childcare, teaching , sports coaching or TA qualification
• A qualified paediatric First Aider, or willing to undertake training
• Experienced in leading and managing a team

This role will involve contact with children and the post holder will be engaged in regulated activity relevant to children and will be subject to an Enhanced Disclosure and Barring Service check before appointment is confirmed.
