Staff portal: Conduct guidance

As well as reading and understanding the documents detailed below, all employees of The Mead Trust are expected to: 

1. Complete full safeguarding training every three years

2. Attend a Safeguarding Briefing annually 

3. Attend behaviour and safeguarding training upon appointment
