Leading SENCO Programme

We work in collaboration with the Local Authority and The Athelstan Trust to facilitate the Leading SENCO Programme.

Our Leading SENCOs are highly effective and experienced SENCOs within schools across Wiltshire. They work with schools who require support and challenge to improve any aspect of SEND provision and practice. Funding from the Local Authority enables us to work with up to 10 schools (identified by the Local Authority) per year free of charge.

However, our Leading SENCOs can be deployed to support schools whatever their stage of development, from those in challenging circumstances to those who just want to learn from each other and move their schools forward.

If you would like to find out more about the support we can offer or have a piece of work you would like us to carry out please email us
